Penis enlargement post-surgery recovery instructions.

1. Recovery time is 4 weeks.
2. Do not have sexual intercourse for the next 5 weeks.
3. Use a traction device or a wrought ball, 4-6 hours a day for 3 months, after 7 days from the surgery (FOR LENGTHENING) see images below.
4.  Do not smoke or drink alcohol for the next 2 months.
5. Wrap the penis gently, without pressure, with cotton.
6. No swimming pool or swimming in the sea for the next 4 weeks.
7. Take melatonin 10 mg a day for two months.
8. Take prescribed antibiotics and analgesics as instructed.
9. Take quercetin two tablets a day for 2 months.
10. Do not diet.
11. Avoid heavy work out in gym for 3 months.
