The Procedure & Expected Results
The PeniFlex surgery is an outpatient procedure performed at the Toreo Medical Center using a scarless approach.
- Girth & Length: The implant is primarily designed for girth, adding approximately 2–3 inches. A ligament cut can be performed to increase erect length, and HA fillers can be used to enlarge the glans.
- Sizing: Implants are customized for each patient and are available in sizes up to X-Large.
- Circumcision: While not strictly required, being circumcised is recommended to ensure a faster recovery and prevent implant extrusion.
- Past Procedures: Patients who have had fat transfers can receive the implant as long as the previous procedure was at least three months ago.

- Travel: You can fly into San Diego (SAN) or Tijuana (TIJ). A valid passport or enhanced California driver’s license is required.
